Jeez, it failed before I would even consider giving a $1 a mounth, let alone 10! I pay have that to have internet for multiple devices when bundled with my phone service. I don't want that, it's too old school and geeky, and I want easy and pretty. That's all and want to test it, but it let's me scan, but only showing me DOS side of it. I just would be thankful to get the easy to read and block interface to show again. Worse, I go press a button, and am no longer on that nice looking interface, but am now in some geek stuff, showing paths, etc, but worse again, I thought maybe signing up, as it does encourage one to do, and it's for sending you email about any devices, but you have to agree to PAY almost 10 bucks a month! for this monitoring. Well, I'm more paranoic than ever now, because it didn't let me know a new, un-used, device, had logged on. I live in the city, in a small building and wanted to keep my neighbor who lives just 10 feet away from me off my wifi. So I turn on my old Acer laptop, guess what, nothing, nada, no pop telling me a new device was detected, not even a known one. Fine, at least I knew they were mine, so changed them, but had a time at it, as it kept on wanting to list them as UNKNOWN. Horrible, at least for dummies like me, not a geek for sure, but please, don't show me a nice easy to understand graphic, while listing all my devices as unknown. It’s still perfectly acceptable.īy Anonymous reviewed on September 12, 2015 All that said, none of these things are terrible enough that it would shy users away from the program. Finally, the fact that notifications have both a Windows pop-up and a voice notification is unnecessary and frustration. Additionally, it’s a bit annoying to have to manually change the networks from UNKNOWN to KNOWN. While that in itself isn’t bad, what’s really painful to the eye is the bright yellow highlight that they chose to use for the devices after you scan your network. It has a dark blue and white color scheme. Probably the biggest issue with this program is the fact that the design isn’t very good. This is great because it allows you to check your network frequently and without having to go through a lot of trouble. You can choose to set the program to scan every 2 to 10 minutes. You can also set the frequency of these scans. Who Is On My Wi-Fi automatically scans your network every few minutes. One such feature is being able to schedule scans. The program also possesses a lot of features that users will appreciate. The scan takes a few minutes, but the list of results the program gets is quite comprehensive so it’s worth the wait. All you have to do is click scan now and Who Is On My Wi-Fi will scan your network for all of the devices connected. Finding out who is on your Wi-Fi is an easy process.
